IT HEREBY ORDERED that the Summary Disposition Order of the court filed on December 14, 2006, is corrected by deleting the initial "M" in footnote 1, page 1 and replacing it with "B" and should read as follows: "The Honorable Hilary B. Gangnes presided."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
