IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Summary Disposition Order of the court filed on January 24, 2006, is amended by deleting the part of the caption that states "FIRST CIRCUIT" and replacing it with "THIRD CIRCUIT".

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
