IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Summary Disposition Order of the court filed on January 24, 2006, is corrected by replacing the surname of counsel for Defendant-Appellee,"Halstead", with "Halsted".

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
