Solomon David Dennis appeals, pro se, the July 13, 2004 judgment of the District Court of the First Circuit (district court) (1) that convicted him of standing or parking his taxi on a public highway while waiting for a fare to hire his taxi, in violation of Revised Ordinances of Honolulu § 12-4.4(b) (1990).

After a meticulous review of the record and the briefs submitted by the parties, and giving careful consideration to the arguments advanced and the issues raised by the parties,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the July 13, 2004 judgment of the district court is affirmed.
