IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Published Opinion of the court filed on June 7, 2006, is corrected as follows:

On page 3, line 1, the name "Ramierez" should be deleted and replaced with "Ramirez";

On page 11, line 19 of footnote no. 15, the word "were" should be deleted and replaced with "where";

On page 18, line 4 of footnote no. 18, the word "alter" should be deleted and replaced with "altar".

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
