Upon review of the July 31, 2006 Summary Disposition Order filed in the above case, it appears that the original case number listed in the Summary Disposition Order is incorrect. The correct original case number is FC-S No. 04-09502 as indicated above. Therefore,

It is hereby ordered that the clerk of the court shall incorporate the foregoing correction into the July 31, 2006 Summary Disposition Order.
