IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Summary Disposition Order of the court filed on March 17, 2006, is corrected by deleting "PUUOAHU" in the caption of the case and replacing it with "PUUOHAU".

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
