IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Opinion of the Court filed on August 8, 2006, is corrected as follows:

On page 16, fourth line of the last paragraph, add the word "and" in between the words "marriage" and "family". The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
