IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Summary Disposition Order of the court filed on September 11, 2006, is corrected as follows:

On page 1, line 5, and page 7, line 5, replace the word "August" with "July" so that the corrected date reads "July 29, 2005".

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
