Upon consideration of the Office of the Public Defender's motion to dismiss the appeal of Appellant I. M-L pursuant to HRAP Rule 43(c), the papers in support, and the records and files herein, it appears that: (1) Appellant filed a notice of appeal on February 10, 2006; (2) he was informed to remain in contact with the Office of the Public Defender and to provide current contact information; (3) Appellant ran away from the program he was placed in by the family court; (4) Appellant has not remained in contact with his attorney; and (5) Appellant cannot be located. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion to dismiss appeal is granted, and this appeal is dismissed pursuant to HRAP Rule 42(c).
