Upon review of the record, it appears that: (1) on October 3, 2006, this court directed Mother-Appellant to file the opening brief or an appropriate dismissal within thirty days; (2) on October 15, 2006, in No. 27820, a related appeal, counsel for Mother-Appellant indicated that the parties had agreed to dismiss the appeals and would file an appropriate dismissal; and (3) Mother-Appellant did not file the opening brief or an appropriate dismissal within the time provided. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
