Upon review of the November 21, 2006 "Order Dismissing Appeal," it appears that there is an error below the case caption on page one, where the reference to the civil number refers to "CV. NO. 03-1-0454" rather than "CV. NO. 05-1-0454." Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the reference to the civil number below the case caption, "CV. NO. 03-1-0454," shall be deleted, and the correct civil number, "CV. NO. 05-1-0454," shall be inserted.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the clerk of the appellate court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original November 21, 2006 "Order Dismissing Appeal."
