AMENDED ORDER OF CORRECTION

The Summary Disposition Order of the court, filed on January 30, 2007, is hereby corrected as follows:

1. At page 8, line 13, reference to the date of the judgments should be "November 20, 2003" not "November 30, 2003." The language should be corrected to read as follows: ". . . but we vacate the two November 20, 2003, Judgments entered with respect to . . ."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
