On May 30, 2007, Claimant-Appellant William J.M. Kuamoo (Kuamoo) filed
a "Motion for Reconsideration Supported by a Declaration of William
J.M.
Kuamoo, Sr." This is Kuamoo's second motion for reconsideration.
Kuamoo's first motion for reconsideration was denied by an order of
this court filed on
May 17, 2007, and the Judgment on Appeal was filed on May 18,
2007. Upon consideration of Kuamoo's second motion for reconsideration
and the records
and files herein, and pursuant to Hawai`i Rules of Appellate Procedure
(HRAP) Rule 40,
IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED that Kuamoo's second motion for reconsideration filed on May
30, 2007, is denied. Kuamoo is free to file an application for
certiorari pursuant to HRAP Rule 40.1.
