ORDER OF CORRECTION

The Summary Disposition Order of the court, filed on May 25, 2007, is hereby corrected as follows:

1.     At page 9, line 2 of Section III, the reference to "First Circuit" should be changed to "Third Circuit," and read as follows: "IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Judgment filed on August 27, 2004, in the Family Court of the Third Circuit is affirmed."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
