ORDER OF CORRECTION

The Summary Disposition Order of the court, filed on June 29, 2007, is hereby corrected as follows:

1.     In the caption on the first page, the reference to "Circuit Court" should be changed to "Family Court" and should read as follows: "APPEAL FROM THE FAMILY COURT OF THE FIRST CIRCUIT."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
