IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Memorandum Opinion of the court filed on March 12, 2007 is corrected as follows:

On page 9, line 13, the word "definitial" should be deleted and replaced with the word "definition".

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
