IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Summary Disposition Order filed on August 28, 2007 is amended as follows: in the caption, where the case number of the circuit court reads "CR. NO. 04-1-1705", the word "CR." is deleted and replaced with the word "CIV."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original order.
