IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the opinion of the court filed on July 9, 2007 is hereby corrected as follows:

(1) On page 1 in the caption, "CIRCUIT COURT" shall be replaced by "FAMILY COURT" so that the line reads as follows:

(2) On page 1 in the title of the document, "PRESIDING" shall be inserted after "WATANABE" so that the title reads as follows:
