IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Summary Disposition Order filed on August 31, 2007 is amended by correcting in the caption of the case the spelling of Gino L. Gabrio's last name from "Cabrio" to "Gabrio."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original order.
