In the above-entitled case, the Order Dismissing Appeal filed on March 20, 2007 is hereby corrected as follows: At line 10 of the second paragraph on page 1, the word "not" is deleted. The full sentence should read: "No Traffic infraction shall be classified as a criminal offense."

The clerk of the court is hereby directed the incorporate the foregoing change in the order.
