Upon consideration of Appellant Elizabeth Fisher's motion to dismiss her appeal, the papers in support, and the records and files herein, it appears that: (1) on March 30, 2007, Appellant filed a notice of appeal from a district court judgment in a landlord-tenant dispute; (2) Appellant states the parties have settled this matter, and she wants to dismiss her appeal. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Appellants' motion to dismiss her appeal is granted, and this appeal is dismissed.
