The Order Granting Defendant-Appellant Robert Lee's August 30, 2007 Motion To Dismiss Appeal For Lack Of Appellate Jurisdiction filed on September 7, 2007, is hereby amended as follows:

In the caption of the first page, below the identification of the parties, the reference to "Circuit Court of the Third Circuit" should be changed to "District Court of the First Circuit" and should read as follows: "APPEAL FROM THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE FIRST CIRCUIT."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original order.
