ORDER OF CORRECTION

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Summary Disposition Order of the court, filed on July 18, 2008, is hereby corrected as follows:

1.     At page 1, in the caption section, to change the name "Henning" to "Hennig" so that the caption reads as follows:

2.     At page 8, in the attorney-credit section, to change the name "Henning" to "Hennig". The attorney-credit section shall now read as follows:

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original Summary Disposition Order and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
