The Summary Disposition Order of the court, filed on April 25, 2008, is hereby corrected as follows:

1.     The section heading on page 6, should be changed from "II." to "B."

2.     The section heading on page 7, should be changed from "II." to "III."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
