ORDER OF CORRECTION

The Summary Disposition Order of the court, filed on January 23, 2008, is hereby corrected as follows:

1.     On page 4, section II. B., in the first line of subparagraph (f) in the block quotation of Hawaii Revised Statute Section 711-1106(1)(f), the word "course" should be corrected to read "coarse," so that as corrected, the line reads as follows: "(f) Makes a communication using offensively coarse..."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
