ORDER OF CORRECTION

The Opinion of the court, filed on June 25, 2008, is hereby corrected as follows:

    1.     On page 11, line 9 from the top of the page, the word "that" should be corrected to read "than" so that as corrected, the line reads as follows: "a better indication of the Legislature's intent than a committee . . . ."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of this change.
