ORDER OF CORRECTION
(By: Nakamura, J., for the court ⁽¹⁾)

The Opinion of the court, filed on May 21, 2008, is hereby corrected as follows:

1.     On page four, in the eighth line from the bottom of the page, the word "it" should be corrected to read "its" so that as corrected, the line reads as follows: "erroneous standard and its conclusions of law de novo."

2.     On page five, in the first line of the last paragraph, the capitalization of the second name in the case citation should be corrected from "WASA" to "Wasa" so that as corrected, the citation reads as follows: "Ostrowski v. Wasa Elec. Serv., Inc., 87 Hawai‘i 492, 498, 960 P.2d 162, 168 (App. 1998)."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
