ORDER OF CORRECTION

The Summary Disposition Order of the court, filed on July 30, 2008, is hereby corrected as follows:

1.     On page one, in the second line of the first paragraph of the Summary Disposition Order, the word "the" should be inserted between the words "from" and "September" so that as corrected, the text reads as follows: "appeals from the September 19, 2005, Judgment . . . ."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of this change.
