AMENEDED ORDER OF CORRECTION

In the above-entitled appeal, the Summary Disposition Order of the court entered on May 15, 2008, is hereby corrected as follows: in footnotes 3 and 5 on page 2 and footnote 6 on page 3 the date for the citation should be changed from "(App. July 28, 2008)" to "(App. July 28, 2005)". The citation should read: "Ramsey v. State, No. 26557, 2005 WL 1785836 (App. July 28, 2005)".

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original Summary Disposition Order.
