ORDER OF CORRECTION

The Summary Disposition Order of the court, filed on December 31, 2007, is hereby corrected as follows:

1.     On page 4, heading II., in the third line of the paragraph after subparagraph (3), the word "advances" should be corrected to read "advanced" so that as corrected, the text reads as follows: "raised and arguments advanced by . . . ."

2. I    n the last line on page 4, the parallel citation to State v. Keaweehu, which currently reads "129 P.3d 1159" is incorrect and should be corrected to read "129 P.3d 1157".

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
