ORDER OF CORRECTION

The Summary Disposition Order of the court, filed on December 31, 2007, is hereby corrected as follows:

1.     On page 3, line 15, the word "Amended" should be inserted between the words "the" and "Judgment" so that the text is corrected to read as follows: ". . . are without merit and affirm the Amended Judgment."

2.     On page 5, line 3, the name of the second party in the case citation that currently reads "Lewchuck" is misspelled and should be corrected to read "Lewchuk."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
