ORDER OF CORRECTION

The Summary Disposition Order of the court, filed on January 30, 2008, is hereby corrected as follows:

1.     On page 3, in the ninth line of text, the comma between "March" and "30" should be deleted so that as corrected, the text reads as follows: "Accordingly, on March 30, 2005, . . . ."

2.     On page 3, in the first line of text after the block quote, the word "date" should be corrected to read "dated" so that as corrected, the text reads as follows: "By letter dated July 12, 2005, . . . ."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
