ORDER OF CORRECTION

The Summary Disposition Order of the court, filed on October 30, 2008, is hereby corrected as follows:

    1.     On page one, in the caption, the name of the court being appealed from should be changed from "CIRCUIT" to "FAMILY," so that as corrected, the text should read: "APPEAL FROM THE FAMILY COURT OF THE FIRST CIRCUIT."

    2.     On page 2, the seventh line from the top of the page, the word "circuit" should be changed to "family," so that as corrected, the text should read: "He also argues that the family...."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of this change.
