ORDER OF CORRECTION

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Amended Opinion of the Court filed on October 31, 2008, is corrected as follows:

On page 37, twelfth line from the top, change the number "10" to number "12".

On page 39, tenth line from the top, add a comma after the word "Doe" so that the citation reads:

Doe, 98 Hawai‘i at 155 n.12, 44 P.3d at 1096 n.12

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original amended opinion.
