Upon consideration of the Motion to Dismiss Appeal filed by Plaintiff-Appellant Dania Medeiros (Appellant), the papers in support, and the records and files herein, it appears that: (1) Appellant represents in her motion that the parties have settled all issues on appeal; (2) Defendant-Appellee Ralph A. Medeiros, Jr. (Appellee) did not file an answering brief in this appeal; and (3) Appellee did not file any response to Appellant's Motion to Dismiss Appeal.

Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Appellant's Motion to Dismiss Appeal is granted, and this appeal is dismissed pursuant to HRAP Rule 42(b). Each party shall bear his or her own attorney's fees and costs.
