On page 1 in the caption, "(SPP No. 06-1-0016)" shall be replaced by "(SP No. 06-1-0016)".
 

The Clerk of the Court is directed to make the aforementioned correction to the original Opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of the correction.
