ORDER OF CORRECTION
The opinion of the court, filed on January 30, 2008, is hereby corrected as follows:1. At page 9, in the first line of footnote 8, the phrase "2003 Supp." should be corrected to read "Supp. 2003" so that as corrected the text reads as follows: ". . . under the same Supp. 2003 version of HRS . . . ."
2. At page 9, in the 5th line of footnote 8, the reference to footnote "2" should be changed to read footnote "3" so that as corrected the text reads as follows: ". . . is set forth supra in footnote 3."
3. At page 10, in the 4th line of footnote 10, the reference to note "2" should be changed to read note "3" so that as corrected the text reads as follows: "See supra note 3."
4. At page 14, in the 8th line from the top, the word "an" should be added between the words "and" and "opportunity" so that as corrected the text reads as follows: ". . . rights to notice and an opportunity to be heard."
5. At page 20, in the 5th line of footnote 18, the word "amendment" should be corrected to read "amendments" so that as corrected the text reads as follows: ". . . because the amendments were ameliorative . . . ."
The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
