ORDER OF CORRECTION
(By: Nakamura, J., for the court ⁽¹⁾)

The Summary Disposition Order of the court, filed on August 27, 2008, is hereby corrected as follows:

1.     On page 1, in the second to the last line of text on the page, the comma after the word "dismiss" should be moved to after the word "or" so that as corrected, the text reads as follows: "to dismiss or, in the alternative, for summary judgment . . . ."

2.     On page 2, in the second line of footnote no. 2, an "s" should be added to the word "assessment" to make the word plural so that as corrected, the text reads as follows: "assessments is the January 15th preceding the tax year."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
