1. On page five, in the third line from the bottom of the page (above the footnote), the closing quotation mark in that line should be placed after the word "Prejudice" instead of after the period.
2. On page five, in the sixth line from the top of the page, the word "remove" in the quoted text at the end of the line should be corrected to read "remove[ ]" so that as corrected, the line reads as follows: " . . . . The Legislature added this proviso to "remove[ ] the . . . ."
3. On page six, in
the citation after the block quote, the parenthetical explanation which
currently reads "(brackets and
ellipsis in original)" should be corrected to read "(ellipsis and some
brackets in original)."
The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
