The Order Granting Motion to Dismiss Appeal with Prejudice, filed on October 28, 2008, is hereby corrected as follows:

1.     On page 1, paragraph 1, in line 3, the name "Pizaro" should be deleted and replaced with the word "Pazarro".

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original Order.
