IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Summary Disposition Order, filed on May 30, 2008, is corrected as follows:

In the caption of the appeal, the word "COURT" is deleted and replaced with the word "FIRST" so that it reads:

APPEAL FROM THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FIRST CIRCUIT

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original order.
