In the above-entitled appeal, the Order Dismissing Appeal of the court, filed December 28, 2007, is hereby amended as follows: At page 1, in the caption, the lower court case number, "FCDA NO: 01-1-0020 (HILO))", is deleted and replaced with "FC-D NO: 01-1-0020 (HILO))".

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original order.
