Upon consideration of the "Motion for Reconsideration of 5/14/08 Order Denying Motion for Ruling Filed 3/7/08" filed by Defendant-Appellant Glenn Kiyohiko Mizukami (Mizukami)on May 23, 2008, the papers in support, and the files and records herein, it appears that:

(1)     Mizukami requests reconsideration of the May 14, 2008 Order denying Mizukami's March 7, 2008 Motion for Ruling;

(2)     Mizukami provides argument regarding the May 19, 2008 Order denying Mizukami's April 29, 2008 "Request for Clarification of Recusal of Judges" that the court deems to be a motion for reconsideration of the May 19, 2008 order;

(3)     Mizukami requests a ruling on Mizukami's May 7, 2008 "Request for Clarification; for Findings & conclusions

Pursuant Certiorari" upon which an Order was issued on May 23, 2008.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion is denied.
