SECOND ORDER OF AMENDMENT

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Summary Disposition Order of the court filed on September 26, 2008, is amended by changing in footnote 1 the spelling of Judge Gangnes' first name from "Hillary" to "Hilary."

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of this change.
