THE INTERMEDIATE COURT OF APPEALS
OF THE STATE OF HAWAI‘I
STATE OF HAWAI‘I, Plaintiff-Appellee
v.

2. On page 2, in the second line from the bottom of the page, the name "Wikoli" is missing and should be inserted between the words "Officer" and "turned" so that as corrected, the text reads as follows: "engine running. Officer Wikoli turned the ignition off . . . ."
3. On page 4, in the third line of the second paragraph, the word "in" that appears between the words "seen" and "driving" should be deleted so that as corrected, the text reads as follows: ". . . the person he had seen driving the Jeep."
The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
