ORDER OF CORRECTION
(By: Nakamura, J. ⁽¹⁾)

The Summary Disposition Order of the court, filed on September 29, 2008, is hereby corrected as follows:

1.     On page two, in the eleventh line from the top of the page, the word "the" should be replaced with the word "that" so that as corrected, the text reads as follows: "in finding that Mother was not presently willing and able to . . . ."

2.     On page three, in the first line from the top of the page, the word "Father" should be changed to "Stepfather" so that as corrected, the text reads as follows: "restraining order against Stepfather."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of this change.
