ORDER OF CORRECTION

The Summary Disposition Order of the court, filed on June 27, 2008, is hereby corrected as follows:

    1.     On page 2, footnote 3, in the 4th line of the indented block-quoted text, the word "the" should be inserted between the words "of" and "trial" so that as corrected the line reads as follows: "testified by the end of the trial, the court will briefly question him . . . ."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
