Upon consideration of Defendant-Appellant Mathilda Noelani Mason's Motion of Presentment to Set Aside Default of Record on Appeal Filed on "2008 Jul 10 PM 1:22," filed ex officio in the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit on August 1, 2008, the papers in support, and the records and files herein, it appears that: (1) Appellant is seeking to set aside the July 10, 2008 order dismissing her appeal for nonpayment of the filing fee and default of the record; and (2) Appellant sets forth no discernible reason for this court to set aside the dismissal of the appeal. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion of Presentment to Set Aside Default of Record on Appeal Filed on "2008 Jul 10 PM 1:22," is denied.
