ORDER OF CORRECTION

The Order Dismissing Appeal Pursuant to HRAP Rule 30, filed on September 10, 2008, is hereby corrected as follows:

1.     At page 1, paragraph 1, in line 2, after the number "(1)" the phrase "Claimant-Appellant Timothy E. Bates (Appellant)" should be deleted and the phrase "Employer-Cross-Appellant/Delinquent-Appellant Kevin M. Hughes, dba SOUTH PACIFIC PAINTING " inserted in its place, so that as corrected item (1) will read as follows: "(1) Employer-Cross-Appellant/Delinquent-Appellant Kevin M. Hughes, dba SOUTH PACIFIC PAINTING filed a notice of appeal on April 28, 2008;"

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original Order.
